There are environmental "price tags" for everything you put into your home and everything you take out of it—from the price of the trees that are cut down to make your new flooring to the price of land filling the old carpet that gets thrown out. At Byggmeister, we enlist a variety of tools to help reduce these costs while enhancing the value of our services.

The first is our adherence to smart design principles that allow us to meet a client's objectives while minimizing changes to the existing structure and taking full advantage of opportunities for reuse. The second is our preference for sustainable materials especially those salvaged and/or have high recycled-content. The third is a waste management plan that maximizes diversion of demolition and construction debris from the waste stream.

Our commitment to resource conservation serves our clients well by enabling them to realize the full potential of their homes. It also facilitates a thoughtful and creative design process and specification of unique design elements and materials that can enhance our clients' satisfaction with the completed project. Finally, it maximizes value while keeping costs in check.
