Residential remodeling encompasses a variety of projects: from gut rehabs to bathroom renovations; from energy retrofits to porch reconstructions. At Byggmeister, we are ready, willing and able to take a wide range of projects within our three main service categories: design/build, energy retrofits, and small carpentry jobs.

For renovation clients, we offer a full range of design, architectural, color and product selection services; a hands-on project manager from start to finish; and a crew of experienced carpenters who can build just about anything.
Energy efficiency is a top priority for us. Our in-house energy performance team is solely dedicated to residential energy diagnosis and implementation of energy saving strategies. Every design/build client receives these services as part of the renovation process; they are also available to homeowners who are simply interested in improving the performance of their homes.
Many contractors of our size and experience avoid smaller projects such as decks, porches, window and door replacements, and rot repair. But at Byggmeister we don't restrict ourselves to high-end renovations and large additions. Over the years we have found that smaller jobs often make an unexpectedly high impact on our clients' comfort and enjoyment of their homes—so much so that many of clients are "frequent flyers" and rely on us for all of their carpentry needs. Besides, what we learn by doing these jobs—in particular about what mistakes builders have made in the past—helps us continuously improve our larger jobs.
