Your project will have the full attention of a hands-on project manager from start to finish. The project manager will become familiar with your project well before construction is to start. He or she will review schematic plans, visit the site with the architect and subcontractors during the design phase, and go through quality control checklists to make sure the documentation is complete and satisfactory. To ensure the project is on schedule and moving forward at a professional pace, the project manager will meet with you once a week to answer questions and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively. How else would we have converted a two family home into a single-family space so seamlessly?
