This model enables us—indeed it forces us—to be accountable for every aspect of a project from initial schematic design through warranty follow up.
That requires a comprehensive plan. Over time we have realized that we stand a much better chance of producing this plan on time, on budget, and to your satisfaction when everyone involved works together as a team from the very beginning.
This is why we follow a design/build model and only build projects that we have designed in house. This model ensures that feasibility and cost inform design work, helping you make better informed decisions. It also enables us—indeed it forces us—to provide the unique level of accountability that has become our trademark.
We want your happiest part of our process to be the decades you live in your house after our work is done. This is why our planning process is rigorous and thorough and why we won’t start construction until we have pinned down every detail and are confident we can build the project on time and on budget.
This is also why each project has the full attention of a hands-on lead carpenter once it enters construction.
Finally, this is why we have a robust warranty program and make a habit of visiting every completed project periodically (without solicitation) in the first couple of years after completion.
